Randall was timely, knowledgeable, and not only serviced a problem we had on our pool tile, but also pointed out how to best keep our tiles shining. He pointed us to two other companies for issues I hadn't seen myself, and let us know his company could also help us with maintenance if found that necessary. Also he was just a very nice man. Randall at Rain Home Services LLC did an excellent job pressure washing the front and back of our home, driveway, lanai, and walkways. I found Randell on Facebook and asked for a quote. He immediately called and made an appointment to come look at my driveway and he gave me a very competitive quote but did tell me I should wait 6 months after the driveway was installed before seal coating for best results so I told him to reach out to me in September and he did. Randell wasn't able to actually come until October because of the hurricanes and we had to dodge all the rain but he just finished my driveway today and it looks awesome. Randell was very professional, curtious, and took his time to blow of the driveway, spray it down with a cleaning acid and then added two coats of sealer. Then he told me he had enough left over that if I wanted it a little shiner he could come back on Sunday and put down a 3rd coat for free which I took him up on. I would absolutely recommend Randell to seal coat your driveway or pool lanai. We just installed our pool last month so as soon as the 6 months wait is up, I already told Randell to reach out to me and I will hire him to do that as well.
